Permissions

If you are a parent of a child at our school, please take a few minutes to read the permissions information contained in the documents below. The forms that require your signature will be sent home when your child starts school, whether in Nusery, Reception or in another year group.

Permissions last for the time your child is in school, and you will not be asked again. If you wish to change any of the permission information you have provided, please contact the school.
